1977 Harley Davidson XLCH Sportster Clear clean numbers matching title. 16,400 Original miles before rebuild. 1000cc motor that underwent a whole overhaul before paint bearings gaskets and rings. Runs great. Frame has been chopped and small rake, tracks straight and true. Every aspect of the bike has been gone through including bearings, washers, nuts, bolts. As you can see from the pictures this bike is fully powder coated / painted. The breakdown: this bike is a running driving project very cool looking bike, needs small odds and ends like brake cable, license plate bracket mounted and wired and some small tasks. Regardless it's one really neat bobber that deff turns heads last final touches are up to the new owner to make it there own Not looking for any trades.

I acquired this machine a few months ago, and brought it back to stock form, from race trim, using the parts that came with it.( The pictures showing the stock parts as found are the ones used on this machine, there is not a extra set). The original owner bought this machine new in New York, and campaigned it successfully at Englishtown drag strip and at Atco drag strip, racking up at least 6 documented class wins in Pro Stock. It was then parked in 1974. The original new York inspection sticker is still on the fork tube, The Kendall and S-K tools stickers were due to them being track sponsors in that period. All the spares were wrapped in SOCKS. I started it 2 days after it was recovered, and it is running on the original points and plugs, which was accomplished with only a carb clean and fluid change, and it is still running and you can drive it home on the original plugs and points. ( I will also supply a new set of points, condenser, etc.). The spares that will be included, (pictures are within the link I will provide ) which include the original owners track side tool box , NOS spokes, ( ONE SET ) factory shock tool, some hand made tools of his, NOS cam cover or primary screws, and too many other numerous spares to list. Some of these are NOS spark plugs, (around 5 or 6) 3 NOS countershaft sprockets, , NOS carb rebuild kit, all of the race parts I removed, the original front tire, the drag slick, the machined aluminum struts, drag pipes, the owners running notes and notebook, the service manual, the spare parts book, and the 1973 supplement. I will also include as much of I can from my stock of engine gaskets. All the indicator lights are functional. I replaced a couple of the lenses with NOS ones. It is charging properly, shifts and clutches properly as well, and does not smoke. I removed the spark plugs to inspect the cylinders, and with the pistons TDC, it shows new pistons with no visible carbon. ( See the owners notes about Dytch piston fitment). I can not guarantee these are Dytch pistons, as I did not disassemble any part of the motor, but what I see leads me to believe they are. I also suspect cams, a racing clutch, and stroker flywheels ( again see the notations the original owner noted in the bore and stroke specifications photo, where he noted a different bore and stroke next to the factory specs. The original key switch was inop, ( Still has factory paper isolator intact on the back side of it. ) so I bought a original switch that works, but it drops the keys, so for now it is running on a accessory after market switch.( No wires were cut, and the original dis- assembled switch and the replacement original I bought are also included ). The paper disc isolator is still intact behind the rear brake light switch, as well as the yellow dot on the carb ( factory marked). I installed a new air filter, 2 tires and tubes, and a new headlight bulb, and new battery. I chose to leave the patina as best I could , while waxing as much of it as well, to preserve it as is. There is a 2 inch nick in the very back of the seat (shown in pics), not through to the foam, It is my opinion, this machine would score the high 90's if judged, and will win your local show hands down. The title was transferred Monday last week, and a copy kept of the original. I have written a log of all I have done as well, as well as extra photographs of it in progress. If you are interested in purchasing, please feel free to contact me. The NADA blue book is 8750.00, and with all the documented history, NOS spares, and the race parts included, we feel it exceeds that. The video of it running has some lag in the sound due to being too close with the camera microphone. It does rev quite nicely. The head gaskets show a little seepage, but all it may need is torqued down, I was focused on making it start. I will add a complete top end gasket set to be sure if it needs it you have . I will consider doing that myself if some arrangement is made, contact me for details. ( In reality, though, re-gasketing a top end is a no-brainer) It is, in essence, a time capsule. I am not accepting any trades. Please contact me with your email for a video of it running the first 2 days it was recovered . Thank you for looking, I hope you enjoy. here is the link to additional photographs- http://s1381.photobucket.com/user/Bruce_Kiper/library/ Here is a video I described, I failed to post the first time. This was 2 days after I purchased this year. https://youtu.be/XXrKHOFJAAo I will assist in International shipping as well.

1961 XLCH. Hard to find and very desirable year and model. I got this as a '70s era custom/ chopper, typical for the era. I rebuilt it as sort of as a mid '60s period bike. This could be a good candidate for a restoration to stock The frame has no date code. There was a professional repair to one of the rear down tubes. I welded up the usual unstock holes and had it powder coated. Everything else about the chassis is pretty straight forward. The motor is healthy and runs smooth and well. The previous owner had Andrews cams and Manley valves installed and told me it was .020 over on the bore. Dry clutch is good and the transmission shifts normally. S&S carb. Magneto is fine and has has a tach drive. I looked at the shaft and the teeth look good. The electrical system is fully functional. No Bondo in the sheet metal . Matching belly numbers (761-1759). Mielage is what's shown on the speedo. Good solid cases, no damage or repairs in the transmission or primary areas, but there was a minor weld by the top sprocket cover bolt hole area. No Bondo in the sheet metal Give me a call at 714-345-5627 for further details, videos, face time etc.

Vintage 1969 Harley Davidson XLCH Sportster Motorcycle With Tons Of Extra PartsTHIS IS A VINTAGE 1969 HARLEY XLCH WITH EXTRA PARTS. THIS BIKE RUNS GOOD BUT IS SOMETIMES HARD TO KICK START. SOMETIMES IT STARTS RIGHT UP AND SOMETIMES KICK STARTING CAN BE MEAN. THE BIKE IS IN OVER ALL IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE YEAR. THERE HAS BEEN SOME PARTS OVER THE YEARS THAT HAVE BEEN CHANGED FRONT END ETC BUT IS PRETTY MUCH STOCK. I DO HAVE A TON OF EXTRA PARTS FOR THIS BIKE TOO MUCH TO LIST. THE SPEEDOMETER IS BROKEN BUT I HAVE CABLES AND CHROME BEZEL ETC. THIS BIKE MIGHT NEED A TUNE UP AND TO BE DIALED IN BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR MANY YEARS. I GAVE IT A ROAD TEST TODAY AND EVERYTHING WORKED. THIS BIKE IS NOT PERFECT BUT CAN BE WITH A LITTLE TLC. IT DOES SHOW WEAR SCRATCHES SCRAPES NICKS AND RIP IN SEAT ETC AS SEEN. THIS BIKE DOES NOT HAVE A KEY JUST A KILL SWITCH. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN PERSON BEFORE YOU BUY IT MESSAGE ME. IM NOT SURE OF THE EXACT MILES. IT DOES HAVE A CLEAR TITLE IN MY NAME. DUE TO THE AGE I AM SELLING AS IS AS SEEN WITH NO RETURNS WARRANTY OR REFUNDS ETC. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY OR I CAN ASSIST IN SHIPPING AT BUYERS EXPENSE. THIS BIKE IS FOR THE EXPERIENCED RIDER ONLY IT IS FAST AND HAS TONS OF POWER FOR ITS AGE. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT BIKE FOR THE HARLEY COLLECTOR. THANKS FOR VIEWING!

1965 Harley Sportster" Competition Hot" Project Bike. Has a special construction AZ title & blue vin sticker. Not the original engine so the vin had to be changed, pre-numbered frame. The engine number was the old vin number. What you see is what you get, missing a few parts (ie key, exhaust, speedo, kick stand & maybe more). Engine has compression and turns over. Kick-start only. Was told the bike ran when it was parked. Been sitting for a long, long time (barn find). Broken clutch lever, timing retard and throttle cable ran inside of the handlebars. Inside of gas tank is super clean This bike needs a complete overhaul and turned into a rat bike.
