Skinned and scuffed up all over. Pa salvage certificate, marked as "exempt" mileage , as it is over 10 years old and the key is missing. We have an after ignition with key orderd for only 25 bucks, but it on backorder because of the dockworkers strike out west. The motor looks fine, but we cant hear it run without a key.
