2006 Harley Davidson Sportster XL883, This bike is in excellent condition starts right up and ride great. The bike has never been dropped or laid down and was kept in a climate controlled garage when not being rode. It has a lot of custom work done to it, custom black cherry metallic paint job with the gas tank airbrushed all done by custom airbrush artist wizard (cost for just the airbrushed gas tank was $ 1,100), snake skin handle bar grips, memory gel ostrich skin seat, 6 different changeable led light show, Harley highway foot pegs W/crash bar, Vance and Hines exhaust pipes and a lot more extra add on's. 1975 Harley Sportster 1000 XL ironhead with clean title, 23,873 miles matching Frame and motor numbers 3A41217H5 in fairly nice shape just needs some bringing back to life. Bike has sat for 3 years since it needed a new starter motor as shown in pictures, it will need a new starter motor to run as it is electric start only. always kept indoors, clean bike, has some rust and corrosion in parts of engine side cases, rims, and some paint chipping on cylinders but pretty good shape overall. The push start button is not working and needs to be replaced on right side starter control switch on the handlebars, so at one point a basic push button was wired into it next to the key switch being moved also under the battery cover box on left side of the bike, the switch has some rust on it but would replace that ,or get handlebar switch push button to fix. Has a cracks in rear fender on an area near the rear left turn signal mounting bolts, needs a bushing for the fender/mount it seems. the front brake rotor has rust and looks as if on the front caliper the bleeder valve has broken off in the caliper, so most likely a new one will be needed, seat does not seem correct. The fuel tank and paint on the bike is pretty nice all together, just a few scuffs in the paint here and there, most looks great and chrome shines, but overall This bike looks great and with a couple new parts, fresh gas and carb cleaned it will be a good runner/project. 1980 Harley Sportster 1000 with clear title. Matching frame numbers and motor 4e33064j0, Mileage is unknown exact due to aftermarket gauges, the speedo cable is not hooked up to speedometer, tach is with a cable. Bike has been sitting for almost 2 years with gas tank drained, looks pretty clean inside. carb is an S&S Super B and needs to be cleaned out a little and needs Fresh Gas, Battery, Electric start works great, lights too, made sure it started quickly with a quick Spray of Starting fluid and a couple cranks, sounds strong and how a Harley should. the wiring for the battery connections are a little frayed, but just could be touched up and re-fitted quickly for a more solid connection. Front and rear brakes work, just some rust on rotors and needs to be bled up front to be a little stronger. The Frame is stock and not cut or raked, the bike has been painted white at some point in time on frame, and most other areas of the bike as seen, Has chips/ and some rusting in paint not too bad ,some rust on chrome mostly good, mostly chipped up paint, and slight ding in top left of fuel tank, do not believe the gas tank is original, or the seat and buddy pad which have some rips and tears, springer seat's springs aren't attached and it flips up, would replace seat all together but these are minor things, it would make an excellent base project to work off of, or change slightly and ride as is with some quick tuning up and fresh gas/battery. bike does not need much, electric start only, brake on right/shift on left. For sale is a very nice mostly all original 1974 Harley sportster 1000 xlch with a clear title, 15,000 miles, matching vin #'s 4a36282h4, right side shift, kick start, The key is missing and the bike has been sitting for a couple years not running but has compression and kicks over nice, other than the key switch or new key replaced, with a fresh battery, carb cleaning, new fuel, bike will run great, also missing the horn as it needed replaced, Bike is in great shape for being original and is hard to find sportsters un altered cosmetically as this one is. the chrome on one exhaust pipe has some chrome chipping(front most exhaust), the bikes chrome looks great and just has some slight rust spots and scuffs in areas but nothing major for being as old as it is. The glass on the gauges need to be replaced as they were removed due to needing replaced after they get a foggy almost scuffed look to them from over time, the Paint is in good shape and on tank and front fender has some slight fading on top but still shines great, metallic flake, tank has no dents, just some slight signs of age in a few small paint chips, and small scuffs but nothing major, front brake works in master cylinder and needs to be bled through and cleaned to be perfect. has a few small parts on air cleaner, and handlebar clamps and on engine side case replaced with aftermarket Harley Davidson chrome eagle covers/caps. and the front clutch side handle bar switch that the clutch lever is attached to seems to be re welded as a repair but is solid and works fine, I took a picture of it on the mirror side, The seat is a mustang, but otherwise this bike Looks excellent and only has small accessory parts aside from everything else original that would make a great runner and example of an original sporty with a little work, Bike up close does look excellent and will turn heads. What you are looking at here is a beautiful 2001 Harley Davidson sportster 883 with a 1200 kit. The bike has 23k miles on it and the 1200 kit was installed at Aprox 18000 miles. It has forward controls drag bars custom paint and a hyper charger intake.forward controls. 2 keys are included as well as a clean title Oil was just changed . Only things I've noticed it would need eventually is a rear tire. And one of the pushrod gaskets has a very slight leak hardly noticble just appears glossy. Other than that's it's ready to rip .. Paint has some minor flaws in it as expected. Buyer is responsible to arrange pickup at a time that works for both of us or to arrange and pay for shipping on his or her own.
