Selling my matte black 2000 Harley Sportster 1200XL. I am a student at UofA so I recently got a car (more practical for going to/from work and school). I love this bike, it runs great, and I have all the paperwork for everything that has been tuned/replaced on it. I got it from a guy who took meticulous care of it and had to sell it because he had another kid on the way. It has custom drag bars and screaming eagle pipes currently installed, but the bike comes with an extra set of handlebars, a windshield, a couple saddle bags, a smaller custom seat, 2 half-head helmets, 1 full-face helmet, an extra set of pipes, and some other odds and ends if you want them. It has the perfect amount of power/torque for anyone from a beginning rider up to an advanced rider. It's always started right up, and it's a hell of a lot of fun for zipping around town or on the freeway. There's a reason they say Sportsters are some of the best bikes to get started out with motorcycles (or for anybody looking to cruise around). The matte black paint job looks pretty sweet, and I've gotten lots of compliments on it. Gets about 50-53 mpg. Very comfortable for short or long rides- surprisingly maneuverable as well due to its low center of gravity.
