I have decided to sell my 2011 Harley-Davidson 1200 Custom Sportster. This is a great bike and one of my favorites. It only has 4,242 miles and is in great condition. 2011 was the first year for the wider front forks, large front tire, rubber isolated engine, and fuel injection. This bike has forward controls, dual seat, and Vivid Black paint w/ gray pin striping. Since purchasing the bike I have completed the following Stage 1 performance modifications:•Screamin' Eagle Heavy Breather Air Intake -- Purchased the heavy breather kit from my local Harley dealer. •Screamin' Eagle Performance Mufflers -- I also purchased these mufflers from my local Harley dealer. These mufflers are a nice upgrade over the stock mufflers. The sound of the exhaust is much better than the original stock mufflers, but not as loud as straight pipes. They are a nice compromise between the stock mufflers and straight pipes. •Cobra Fi2000 PowrPro Tuner -- With the addition of the heaver breather and new mufflers, I also added this Cobra tuner as well. This tuner provides a custom tune on the run, which greatly improves throttle response and acceleration. It made a different bike out of it. This bike is fast and I could never ride a stock sportster again after experiencing the performance improvement with the Cobra tuner. Up for sale is my baby, My 03 HD sportster XL1200C, 100th anniversary edition. 18,3xx miles on it. Nothing wrong with it since I bought it, I have put about 2000 miles on it since June. The previous owner had no problems either, an older gentleman who treated it very very well. The handle bars are custom 16" bars, and all the cables and wiring were done professionally. The speedometer is mounted on the left side, it is positioned well and your leg will not hit it. I am 6'3 and I ride and fit this bike very well. The leather seat is very comfy for long rides, has a tall sissybar, and very nice saddle bags. The original handle bars, and cables. Although I don't know why you would want to switch out these beautiful ape hangers for stock bars!Engine guard was powdercoated black by a powdercoat shop, and the 4 pegs, and grips are matching aftermarket, not quite sure on the brand. Tires have plenty of life in them!This bike runs BEAUTIFULLY. Give it a little choke and it starts on the first second of ignition, ice cold! I am only selling because I am leaving for Air Force basic training in December and I just cant find anywhere to keep it while I am gone. I hate to see this bike go and I fought to keep it, my loss.
