No, I don’t want to sell my bike. Although I don’t want to sell my bike, I’m going to do it because my wife, who is (public version: almost as hot as) (version viewable by Barbara: much hotter than) this bike, and I are buying a boat; transitioning to a nautical lifestyle and aligning all our finances toward that end. Otherwise, you’d be reading some ad for a lesser bike. Here are the top 10 reasons I don’t want to sell my bike. 1) She’s just gorgeous - and a very unique bike. H-D tricked out this CVO right from the showroom floor - everything from her displays to her controls to her chrome to her lines. 2) While beautiful in her original glory, I’ve added a Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-into-2 exhaust and a trickle-charger on the battery. 3) She was dyno-tuned in July at Piper Performance in Decatur, TX. They’re the only business I know OF ANY KIND with perfect 5-star ratings after more than 20 reviews. She’s tweaked to perfection, with all the H-D throttle lag taken out. Here’s the Facebook post of her run, which includes the dyno chart => s:// /permalink.php?story_fbid=641171402719054&id=166727700163429 . 4) I put a lot of love into her after she was hit by a car in February 2016. Today, she’s completely rebuilt, and better than ever, with several new parts (full list available upon request); a new frame and the enhanced V&H exhaust system. 5) Her periodic maintenance, including H-D recommended 5K and 10K service, is up-to-date. 6) She has about 12,800 miles on her – all lovingly placed there by me – her only owner. 7) She’s been garage-kept her whole life. 8) She’s blue and gold … Navy colors … I waited years for H-D to come out with one like this. 9) I bought her on my anniversary. I made it happen by first buying my wife a full set of leathers … it was a memorable day. 10) My wife calls this bike my mistress – and she’s right; so I’ll have to endure some significant relationship withdrawal. So, since I don’t really want to sell this bike, here’s the deal. Show up with a $28K cashier’s check in your hand and she’s yours. Show up with anything less and she’s not. OK, you could show up with a cashier’s check for $27,900 and that’ll work … if there’s a $100 bill paperclipped to the check. In fact, just about any combination of cashier’s check & cash would work, so long as the total adds up to at least $28K. Of course, she comes with all her stock equipment, which includes a removeable Zumo 660 GPS integrated into the quick-detach windscreen; detachable pinion rear seat; quick-detach hard leather-covered saddle-bags; quick-detach backrest/luggage rack; custom bike cover and SE Pro Tuner. NOTE: No H-D promotional images are used in this ad. All pics and video are of the actual bike for sale, taken by my wife (an awesome professional photographer) October 29th and 30th, 2016. Many shoppers won't read this far; but you did. I don't need a lot of buyers ... just one.
