Harley Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special 2008 Year: 2008 Mileage: 12375 (going up slightly) Weight (Dry): 637lbs Displacement: 1250 Horsepower( est.) 130 Selling my Night Rod Special in great condition. Lots of upgrades to the stock model, and regular maintenance. The bike has been meticulously garage kept, cleaned and always taken care of at the HD Dealership. All original HD parts and certified mechanics. Didnt see much rain. Here the upgrades: Sundowner Riders Seat ($250) Sundowner Passenger Pillow ($100) Sissibar and Backrest ($70+ 100) Luggage Rack + Base Plate ($210+125) Supertrapp Exhaust (gives few extra hps) - $500 Diamond Black Hand grips and Foot Pegs ($95+90) Air Box Cover Bra ($60) Document Holder (under seat), ($10) Triggle Charger for easy charging of battery ($40) I hooked it up after every ride Pager Security System ($75) Frame Leather Bag ($35) Thats over $1760 only in custom parts ! 10K service with the following fixes 10/2013 at 9,300 miles: ($600) - Replaced both Master Cylinder Lids and Gaskets - Air Filter - Spark Plugs - SYN3 synthetic oil - Oil Filter \ - Replace Clutch Cover and Gasket Repair at 12,300 miles, 06/2015, ($460) - Cam Cover Gaskets (3x) - Filled up fluids, small inspection Its a beautiful bike, which is lots of fun to ride, has a great strong engine, really fun 240mm rear tire, and some very nice updates/custom parts. The bike definitely gets a lot of attention, and with the riders updates, I could ride it for long distance. The liquid cooled really makes it very easy and you never have to worry about overheating, etc. At biker rallys with slow driving, some of the air-cooled models chocked and hat to pull over, and you can just go, even at 90 degrees outside.
