Make me an offer on this for sale by private owner (no sales tax, no dealer setup fees) with clean title in hand, barely rode, like new condition, 2015 Harley Davidson FLHTKSE CVO Limited, with all the Project RUSHMORE options. Two-tone Gold Rush/Carbon Dust paint scheme with high-impact hand painted graphics. Twin-Cooled (liquid cooled) Twin Cam 110” Screaming Eagle (1802cc). This bike has already had both the 1k dealer service, and a full professional dyno-tune to achieve perfect air/fuel ratio and get the most torque/horsepower out of this engine, unlike the factory tune that is a bit out of whack to meet government restrictions. Now, not only does it have more "oomph" than a stock bike, it runs cooler and gets better gas mileage.Custom Vehicle Operation motorcycles are totally chromed out and completely accessorized stock from the factory, with all of the greatest in parts and add-ons. I have since only installed the Jackpot high-grade stainless-steel multi-process HTC ceramic interior/exterior coated headers and crossover pipe, and a set of Jackpot chrome 4.5" tapered mufflers with carbon fiber inlay end caps. It has been professionally dyno-tuned on a dynamometer with a DynoJet Power Vision 2 EFI Flash Tuner. The exhaust take-offs will be included, as well as the DynoJet tuner that not only holds the current performance tune, it also holds the stock tune should you decide to put it back to 100% stock.I have also upgraded to a taller 12" dark tint Freedom Shield windshield, as well as added the newer version of the Harley Davidson 3-pocket windshield bag that is updated for the newer style fairing with the vent below it. The stock clear windshield is also included in the sale. All manuals and such are unopened and in new condition. Also included are the extras that came with the motorcycle... like removable rider backrest, CVO branded removable saddlebag and trunk liners, CB radio headsets, garage door remote receiver for built in opener on high-beam flash button, and the breathable CVO branded motorcycle cover.Even though this motorcycle is still pretty much like brand new, it is still considered a used motorcycle, and this is an AS-IS sale. MAKE ME AN OFFER on this near new (1250 miles) 2015 Harley Davidson FLHTKSE CVO Limited with all the Project RUSHMORE options. Two-tone Gold Rush/Carbon Dust with high-impact hand painted graphics. Twin-Cooled (liquid cooled) Twin Cam 110” Screaming Eagle (1802cc) from a private owner. Dynotuned and air/fuel correctly adjusted on 3/28/2016 (96 hp/116 torque), and now it runs a lot cooler, more efficient, and as a Harley should run without all the factory and government restrictions. As you probably already know, this motorcycle is totally chromed out and accessorized from the factory. I have only installed the Jackpot high-grade stainless-steel multi-process HTC ceramic interior/exterior coated headers and crossover pipe, and a set of Jackpot chrome 4.5" tapered mufflers with carbon fiber inlay end caps.
