I am finally parting with my 2001 Harley Davidson Heritage Springer. This is also known as the 'Old Boy.' These were only made from '97 to '03. It comes in the rare color scheme of teal and white. I have never seen another one with this paint scheme, and I don't think you will either. (The most common ones are white with red stripes on the tanks.) Only 19000 miles. Garage kept since I bought it in 2002 from the local HD dealership. Maintenance records available. Never dropped. It has the Screamin' Eagle head kit which makes it faster than a stock Springer. It has the built in front fork lock and factory alarm system. 2001 was the first year they took the fringes off the seat and saddle bags. I added new hand grips and a clutch kit. (Those Harley clutches are stiff! This makes the clutch much easier to pull...that makes a difference after you have shifted gears about 3 dozen times in the first half hour.) I also added a triple flasher for the rear brake, engine crash bars, passenger foot pads (not just 'pegs'), a luggage rack and a passenger backrest. (A comfortable passenger is a happy passenger.) Has a pigtail connector for a trickle charger which I will throw in with the bike if you want it. I just put on a brand new back tire and a brand new battery. Every time I ride it I almost convince myself NOT to sell it. No trades, not even for your wife even if she's hot. Payment in CASH or postal money orders. No personal checks. When I have cash in hand you get the title. With all its extras this bike would retail for over $15K according to KBB. By the way, the local Harley dealership on Independence Blvd will finance this for you if you need them to.

I am finally parting with my 2001 Harley Davidson Heritage Springer. I just don't ride much as I'd like to any more. This is also known as the 'Old Boy.' These were only made from '97 to '03. It comes in the rare color scheme of teal and white which is very uncommon. It's the same style bike seen on the recent Geico commercials. (The most common ones are white with red or blue stripes on the tanks.) Only 19000 miles. Garage kept since I bought it in 2002 from the local HD dealership. All maintenance records available. Never dropped. It has the Screamin' Eagle head kit which makes it faster than a stock Springer. It has the built in front fork lock and factory alarm system. I added new hand grips and a clutch kit. (A comfortable passenger is a happy passenger.) Has a pigtail connector for a trickle charger which I will throw in with the bike if you want it. I just put on a brand new back tire a month ago. Every time I ride it I almost convince myself NOT to sell it. This is a classy bike that gets looks every time I take her out. It has a distinct vintage look but with updated Harley features.
