RARE 1999 FXR-3. Different numbers out there on the FXR-3's but I've seen the Green Flame numbers at 600 to 620 total units. This is an outstanding example that has always been garage kept. 80 Cubic Inch (1310cc) motor. HISTORY: Bought off the HD dealer show room floor in Alabama with 1,249 miles on it in May of 2000. This was my Dad's bike and he told me it was the dealer's personal bike. I can't verify that but he knew the owner for many years so it checks with me (for what it's worth). Always garaged and all service at HD dealers. DETAILS:- New Harley battery, recent oil change, new plugs, condenser, and carb check. Runs 100% perfect!- Has additional Corbin seat with flame stiching (pricey--almost a $1,000 saddle). Buyer to pay for shipping of extra saddle.- Full cover, and fender cover, HD fork lock.- Tires are HD Dunlops with only 2,200 miles on them.- There are a few scratches on the bike consistent with age and mileage (see pics). Biggest items are a small dimple in the right rear of the tank (pic attached) and a scratch on the left rear frame upright just in front of the rear shock mount. There is a little bit of sealer showing around the gauge bezels. Again, I've captured this in the photos- The bike was down once--slipped on wet highway stripes at an intersection in 2001. All repairs done at the dealer. It was also dropped while loading on a trailer in 2006--again all repairs were done at the dealer. All were cosmetic--zero riding issues. I have many receipts to verify this as well.- Fuel gauge reads just above 3/4 tank when full--does not show all the way full. No big deal but wanted to mention. - Only modification is the addition of Cycle Shack slip ons--I don't have the originals.- Original owners manual and keys (2)- Wind screen is scratched. It is the convertible style and slips on and off easily.- Extra set of highway pegs. Just saw a beat up used Sportster at my local dealer for almost $7,800--this is twice the bike for much less! Clean title in hand! Bike in Colorado and this is the prefect time of year to ride. Fly in, ride the Rockies and ride home! My feedback speaks for itself. I take this seriously and expect same.
