This is a total mechanical restoration. The 74" engine has been completely disassembled, the flywheels have been trued and balanced, and reassembled using all new gaskets, seals and bearings. The transmission has also been rebuilt with new gaskets, seals and bearings. The engine has less than 500 miles and runs like new, which it is. Extra features include: Twin-plug heads, True Duals exhaust, single fire ignition, OEM seat mounted with "Clothes pin" springs, OEM kickstarter, Lever-action solenoid, upgraded brakes (new rotors and pads), Harley CV Carburetor, all new, socket-head hardware everywhere, extended shifter and brake levers, and many other details. Currently in secure, protected storage are the saddlebags, Tour Pack, OEM mag wheels, original Comfort-flex seat, OEM chain guard, Original "1982 Commemorative edition" handlebar clamp cover and gas caps (Fender eagle is still on the bike), replacement fork covers, replacement gas cap (not needed), Extra, long fishtail tailpipes, and a handful of extras. Purchased in 2015 for $6000, over $8000 spent on restoration. I have too many bikes, so this one needs to go to a nice home. lol This beautiful motorcycle will sell for $7500.00 cash.
