Very Clean and looks great, Great bike set up with tons of extras. HD Color Shop 2003 paint set w/Fat Boy front fender #16 of 100. 105 cubic inch mill, built 100% in 2014. New tires ready to roll. Mustang seat, drivers backrest. Floorboard extensions. H-D Luggage rack, 13.5" Cyclesmith Apes. Highway foot pegs. 45 amp charging. PC925LMJ Odyssey, 5 year dry cell battery, installed Jan,16. This machine has been meticulously cared for and is in Great running condition. It has a nuisance transmission seal leak. About 2-3 drops overnight. I have waited for another reason to disassemble the primary, that reason has not popped up yet, so I check and top off the trans-fluid before long rides. The cruise control needs a new switch, will be included. Because I never use cruise control, I've not installed it. I have removed and replaced these parts in 2014&15 with new OEM components. Fuel pump and filter, coil, plugs, fuel delivery line. Upgrade head light bulb, IAC module and of course all engine, trans and primary oil and oil filters many times. Here is what I have in the engine, built 2013 and put into service Jan 2014.105"cubic inches, 4.375" X 3.915" bore. The heads have been CNC ported and polished, and that included a new performance full radii valve job and new beehive spring set up. (.600" lift.) AMS machined and flowed per my request in Oct 2013. The head chambers of 86cc are making my matched combustion chambers add up to 10.03:1 CR. Intake porting removed much of the shelf of the -99 early castings as well as, general flow and velocity improvements. Exhaust have similar treatment and included the ceramic coating. Heads were balanced and matched on flow bench at AMS, Fort Worth. KB forged stroker pistons with flattops and valve relief amounting to 1.5cc each. Gear drive Andrews 54 cams which provides for a 9.45:1 corrected CR. The CCP tested at 182 and 183psi. I have the S/E Pro breather with K&N filter thru a HPI 51MM throttle body and intake manifold. My exhaust is the D&D Fat Cat. The bike is running TechnoResearch Direct Link Software and I have the key. Tuning was done by Jud Cowley with the emphasis of the result of the tuning was to reduce engine heat. (in sacrifice of top power output of TQ >115 before de-tuning). I never run my machines at 100% anyway. Most guys rarely tap into more than 75% of the output any way. Detuned to reduce heat I still netted 107 HP @4,900 RPM and 104 TQ@3300RPM,(59 degree day, shop was 75 degrees) with that kind of power there is no need to horse around with the max engine limits. Sure the bike is fun, but for me only in non abusive ways. If you wish to, go ahead and re-tune it, more is there. Here is the chit about the engine: passing on any road, any mountain pass and entering the freeway will make you smile every time, even more when loaded down. The bike seems to have limitless power in any gear. Otherwise I have treated the bike like prize ride, and when you see it you will know why.
