CUSTOM CLASSIC 1976 HARLEY SHOVELHEAD BASICS: Original 1976 frame and motor, matching numbers, clean Washington State Title and Collector Vehicle License plates (No more yearly tab fees). This Classic will only go up in value. FRAME: is lowered 1" in rear, has different FLH rear shocks, has mini-ape bars, and custom Rubberized Chrome floorboards, giving a comfortable, really low ride. Front end is a 1986 Heritage, with all new chrome tins, switches, parts, and lights from Custom Chrome. Tank and speedo all new. Paint is custom 2 tone retro style. Leather saddlebags lift right off the fender. MOTOR: Original 1200, Rebuilt and bored to 1400 CI about 4,000 miles ago. Dual plugs in shaved head, Solid Lifters, with high output dual coils and Hi-performance Electronic ignition system. Has new Super E carb installed with Custom made tuned restrictors in open slashed pipes, giving proper performance and a loud, low, healthy Roar. Has both Electric and good old fashioned Kicker (I still like to use it sometimes). ELECTRICAL: Has a custom wired fuse block, with standard car fuses between tanks. New Dual passing lights, has flashing LED brake lights for Safety, and Dual Chrome Air Horns so the texting drivers pay attention as you approach them. Has BRAND NEW Battery, (Chrome Cover off in Pics). WHEELS AND BRAKES: Custom Chrome high performance brake calipers, and new chrome handlebar front Brake lever & reservoir. Heavy duty permanently lube chain. Extra Chrome everywhere. Other: I have owned this bike for 25 years, and I constantly improved on it through the years. This is the epitimey of a Classic Shovelhead, having the unmistakable heartbeat idle rhythm and roar. I always get "Thumbs up" when people hear and see this scooter go by. You just don't see a nice Classic upgraded like this one very often. I never kept the newer Evolution Harley's I have owned, as this Shovel is just something special to feel and ride. Now an old senior with bad health, I just don't ride it anymore, and it has just sat around covered up and warm in my shop (cover goes with her too). I probably put 100 miles on it over the last 5 years just to keep it lubed and running. I don't need to sell it, but for a reasonable price I will let someone else have the rush only this true Shovelhead will give you. Would consider trade up/Dn + Cash on Mercedes or Nice Quality Sedan (509) 430- Four 9 One 7
