2006 Harley-Davidson Super Glide , FXDI35-The Harley-Davidson Dyna Glide 35th Anniversary Super Glide is a cruiser style motorcycle with an MSRP of $16,795 and was new for 2006. Power is provided by a 4-stroke, 1442.1cc, air cooled, OHV - Pushrod, v twin engine with electric starter. The engine is paired with a 6-Speed manual transmission and total fuel capacity is 5.1 gallons. The Dyna Glide 35th Anniversary Super Glide rides on spoked wheels with a Metzler 100/90 R19 front tire and a Metzler 160/70 R17 rear tire. The front suspension is a telescopic fork while the rear suspension is a twin sided swing arm. Front disc brakes and rear disc brakes provide stopping power. The Dyna Glide 35th Anniversary Super Glide comes standard with a one-piece, 2-passenger seat. This Super Glide comes with a Vance & Hines 2 into 1 header, Big Sucker air cleaner, and a Power Commander tune kit. Tuned on a dynamometer @ approx. 74hp at the rear wheel. Fuel economy has been up to 51 mpg with Shell V-Power (no ethanol) @ 75mph. Add-ons include front pegs, Memphis shades windshield, and a Memphis shades faring. I also have all the original stock parts (for the collector who wants original), and some leather saddlebags. This motorcycle has not been driven hard (I'm 56 years old), and has always run on Amzoil 20-50w. It has a little over 30k miles. The tires are nitrogen filled, rear tire is new, and the front tire is new as well. They are both Metzler Marathons. All factory recalls have been taken care of (shifting fork in tranny), alternator, and Ft. Thunder has done the work. This is a fine ride and will provide someone with a bike which will hold it's value more than a regular Super Glide. It is numbered 1352 of 3500 units.
