The 2002 FLHTCI uses the vibration isolation-mounted Twin Cam 88 motor with self-adjusting valves . The 1450 cubic inch motor is mated to a 5-speed that puts out 86 ft.lbs. of torque and has plenty of power for local cruising or doing some long distance open roads .
