2001 Gem 4 Passenger , GEM Car e4 for sale. Includes new upholstery ($500), cover ($279) and tires. Has road and turf speed settings of about 25mph and 17 mph. Upgraded to Gel Battery Charging System and has less than 2,000 miles. Can be street legal as an Low Speed Vehicle, LSV, as it has seat belts, headlights, turn signals, and tail lights. Includes options of the large Trunk Back storage container ($750) and Scuff guards ($150). A comparable new one is about $12,000. Electric motor has been replaced within the last few years.
