2008 Ducati 1098S Superbike, red, exceptional condition, 5783 original miles, with accessories. Adult owned and operated.  Never dropped, downed, recreationally raced or abused.  Always warm garage kept and covered for winter storage.  Brand new Pirelli Diablo Rossi tires front & rear approx. 100 miles ago.  New battery and tender lead installed in 2012.  Needs nothing, ready to ride. This bike is pristine.  Basically showroom condition save for one touched-up paint scratch on forward side of gas tank (at riders stomach) caused by a failed riding jacket button - see detail picture - mostly covered up by the tank guard which was since installed, but visible at top and right side a bit.   Zero cosmetic imperfections otherwise anywhere on fairings, bodywork, wheels, seat, exhaust, etc.  Truly must be seen to be appreciated.  You will not be disappointed.   The new Panigales offer a bit more punch, but omit the time-honored traditional flair of the color-matched tubular trellis frame, dual under tail exhaust tips & whirling dry clutch.  Thats IMHO, of course. The only reason I am selling is due to lack of use.  I have a two year old now and back and neck stiffness that come with being middle aged.  I think I’ve only logged about 400 miles on this bike in the last 5 years and think it should go to someone who will not only cherish it the way I have, but also use it considerably more than I have been able to.    List of Ducati and aftermarket modifications (with approx. retail cost less install labor).
