04 Ducati ST3 - 16,500+ miles just rolled over. I have had the bike over 7 years. Ducati Indy did the 12K mile check up. Michelins (Pilot Power), sprockets and chain have about 650 miles on them. Battery just replaced. You will want to change oil and filter. I can't say enough about this machine. It has the best motor of the ST's. It can be ridden all day. It has been ridden, has a few small scratches and unfortunately about 4 years ago in January I was moving. It was a nice enough day so I thought I would ride it to the new place. 50 feet out of our garage I put it down on sand in the street at at about 5 mph. Pics show the scratch on the lower right fairing and right saddle bag. I'm still sick about that maneuver. Suspension: Front: 43 mm Showa inverted cartridge forks, TiN-coated, adjustable for preload, compression and rebound damping. Rake: 24° Rear: Öhlins monoshock adjustable for preload, compression and rebound damping. 2002 and 2003 models had a factory-installed carbon-fibre rear mudguard. Other years used an ABS-plastic part. Wheels, brakes and tyres Wheels: Light-weight, cast Aluminum, Marchesini 5-spoke. Front: 3.50 x 17. Rear: 5.50 x 17. Brakes: Front: Twin 320 mm discs with Brembo four-pot opposed piston calipers. Rear: Single 245 mm disc with Brembo twin-pot opposed piston caliper. Tyres: Front: 120/70 Rear: 180/55
