This 2008 Ducati Multistrada 1100S is in excellent condition with only 2500 miles. I am the original owner, an older rider with a few bikes, and, obviously, not enough time to ride this one. It has been serviced regularly and is not even fully broken in. Purchased in late 2009. Bike is registered in Massachusetts and has clear title. This is the high-end "S" version of the Multistrada, with the Ohlins suspension and carbon fiber--the last of Ducati’s legendary, air-cooled L-Twins. It would be great for daily commute, sport rides, or long trips. The bike is stock, with the the fitted Ducati touring side cases (they lock, and come off and on easily) and include the hard-to-find, pull-out bag liners. For the buy-it-now price, I’ll also include a Ducati Performance tank bag (pictured). It has the rare and sought-after center-stand package with lifting handle. I installed Moto-Science carbon mirrors and the adjustable MRA Vario Touring windscreen (I have the original screen, and it will go with the bike.). Tech Spec Grip Pads are on the tank, better for gripping with your knees on the slippery tank surface. It has a one-tooth smaller front sprocket which allows it to run better in traffic at slow speeds; top end is still super fast. I have the original sprocket. Bike has been garage-kept, never been dropped, and rides beautifully. L-twin engine sounds great. It goes much quicker than I’m willing to go. No issues. Maybe a little road dirt and evidence of a few years and 2500 miles. Tires like new. You could take it across the country right now. I’m selling for $6900, less than half of what I paid for the bike. As outfitted, I have over $14,000 invested. Payment needs to be by cashier’s check or cash within 7 days, with a $500 PayPal deposit immediately. You can arrange shipping, but the bike has to be picked up here at my house by the shipper and you would need to get full insurance, etc. This is a good deal on a virtually new machine. If it doesn’t sell, I’m happy to keep it. The bike is also advertised where I live, and I reserve the right to end the Ebay auction and sell locally. Thanks.
