Nice collectible Kawasaki street and trail bike. This is a rotary valve two stroke engine with oil injection. Starts easy and runs, but RUNS VERY POORLY. Original paint on tank, original good seat, nice chrome rims. Some corrosion (see pictures) and minor rust in the tank. Good battery, original air filter, some original tools. Low mileage Ran great when I purchased it, but it started to pop and backfire as it would get hot. This problem got progressively worse. Now this condition happens as soon as it starts! Idles, but won't rev much. No power. New plug, new condenser and points, (I have a wheel puller), new (used) coil. Good spark, good compression, cleaned the carb and installed a paper filter on the fuel line to catch rust. Do you know how to make this bike run perfect again?? I am moving and have too many bikes with not enough time! Pick up only or you arrange shipping. Title in my name. Inspection ran out, but I can get it inspected if you want. Make a reasonable offer.
