This scooter has large tires (Read safer tires). Sense it comes with a large scooter box and and tons of storage under the seat, you will have no problem using it as a city commuter. Comes with a full factory warranty. Yes a ton of scooters are out there. Yes, scooter dealers are popping up like std's. Unfortunately the state of Florida DMV will not regulate these cheesy fly by night dealers selling units under 50cc. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you buy from an unlicensed dealer...you might save some chump change, but you will have no legal recourse if they pipe you! check florida state statute 320 for any clarification on this matter.
