Selling my 1980 Custom KZ1000 LTD A lot of work went into this bike, here is a list of some of the things done to the bike. I'm sure there is more, I just can't remember it all. Frame has been stiffened and powdercoated flat black. Foot pegs have been relocated to a position similar to a modern street bike. Custom exhaust ceramic coated Vance and Hines header and wrapped in Titanium colored header wrap. Dyna ignition system Smoothbore Mukuni carbs (34mm if I remember correctly) I can verify Engine has been coated in matte black Duracoat. Side covers, brake calipers, levers and many other parts are powdercoated. Wheels have been powdercoated gloss black with polished spokes covered in candy lime green. All new bearings and seals. New Brake pads, rebuilt calipers. Brembo rear brake master cylinder, Hayabusa front master cylinder. Stainless brake lines, except from splitter to front calipers. Front fender has been powdercoated candy lime green over chrome. Front turn signals are integrated in the mirrors Rear taillight is smoked and has turn signals integrated. Custom ZX6 seat. New Tires Adjustable rear shocks. New Battery Clear title Bike needs a good cleaning and only needs a couple small things to be perfect. Ignition switch needs to be permanently mounted. It has not really been ridden for the last 2 years, other than just up the street. It could probably use a little carb cleanout and adjustment.
