needs restoration. plates are from 1995 California.came out of a storage unit. am told this is a true ed roth trike. by design, seats have their own fiberglass separate buckets, body is hand laid fiberglass.. hes the custom car designer from 60s and 70s. he created early hotwheels real cars and creator of rat fink. he was well known for his trikes in early 70s. anyways. this trike is real 70s period correct. I put a new carb kit in, and runs great, no smoke or noises. real smooth. chrome needs replating, and needs lots cleaning up and paint. I have a new throttle and cable.. hand throttle,hand shift,foot chutch and brakes. motor is a 62 vw 1200. that is very rare. I have body off . this can be worth some good money, after you put some good money into restoring. no title, but easy to register with any vw title or as a hobby car. they are easy to get. body is nice, seats are perfect and original . the fiberglass front horn is missing. that the part that bolts to body and goes up to headlight. maybe one can be found or created. buyer is responsible for all shipping

The bike is based off a Southern Motorcycle Works softail frame it is in excellent condition used for short trips and bike shows. it has a 100 cubic inch SMW motor. Replace BDL belt drive with Ultima last year and added a Dakota Digital speedo, the mileage is approximated due to changing the speedo. This bike has been in my stable as a show bike and has been pampered and cared for constantly. I recently did some touch up paint repair to get it read for the bike show season. I had this bike in the 2008 Harley Rally bike show. It got honorable mention but no trophies for that day. It gets trophies for any other local dealer bike show I attend. The paint is House of Kolor tangerine Kandy over pagan gold base. Custom painted mural on top and sides of tank. The bike was built to resemble a 59 Chevy rear end and has custom milled tail lights to resemble the ones on a 59 Chevy.The bike is very comfortable to drive and I never get road debris or bugs in the face while driving, it has a good wind wrap around flow to deflect without needing a wind shield. I am building another bike and a car so I need the space in the garage.
