This chopper is not complete. It still needs parts for it to be completely finished.** Purchased recently, waiting on title to come in the mail from PennDot. If you buy it before I receive the title, now worries.. We can do a bill of sale at a notary because I have the paperwork that proves the title transfer is in my name. **It has a Red Barron Nemesis frame built in 2007. The engine is a 1987 sportster completely rebuilt from bottom to top and bored out to 1200 cc. All work has been done by a professional shop Iron Hawg cycles in Hazleton pa.
