Harley Chopper, 1970’s style custom build. California titled as “1970 HD”. Yup, no shit! It is “Not a special construction “…concerning financing, DMV & insurance issues. (very rare to find, w/matching motor/frame #’s). I pay $276 a year for insurance up to the limit of $20K. Motor is a 82’ 80” Police Edition Shovel. Frame is an original late 60’s/early 70’s Jammer frame with DRF serial #. Narrow Glide springer front end is believed to be custom made by Denver’s Choppers (from previous owners documented paperwork). Wheels ($1,800 for both) are laser cut & TIG welded steel!. Not aluminum, so no chrome separation. Complete frame-up restoration done 6K miles ago. Bike is in near perfect shape and it is a “1 kicker” when warm. (kick start only). 1 or 2 sets of 3 kicks to start when cold. No oil leaks….I expressed this point when motor/tranny were rebuilt to my medium spec’s. Motor & tranny were rebuilt with best parts, (pistons, rings, bearings, gears, cam, valves, etc..) heads ported & welded for long reach plugs. Motor was modified and balanced to suit my needs for performance & reliability. Too many parts & modification issues to mention. All is documented in mine & previous owner’s receipts. Some features = All new gears/bearings in 64’ 4 speed tranny. 1.5” Kevlar primary belt drive & nickel plated o-ring secondary chain drive. 1” frame was triple re-welded with discreet gussets added for strength and straightened at the Frame Man in Sacramento, Ca. All joints are molded and painted with House of Colors and 7 clear coats. Tank has ghost flames. Frame & tank have med blue pin striping done by hand. Made my own electrical harness with soldered/heat shrunk terminations. All new electronics, including E.I., 2” multi-function Dakota digital speedometer & electronic key switch. All bolts converted to Allen’s w/caps & bullet acorns nuts wherever possible. ($500 in chrome just nuts & bolts) Most chrome was replaced due to scratch ‘s or microscopic pits. Custom sissy bar and custom Le Para king/queen seats. No expense was spared & everything was done RIGHT. Have receipts for everything & again, previous owners receipts, also for precise documentation. This bike screams! Covered in garage & on battery tender at all times. 45 mpg highway, 35 city. Title is free & clear. This is one of the original old ones that survived. First $25K cash takes it. Cash only. No dreamers, no trades. $38K invested. Don’t insult me with lesser offer.

Bike was great when I test-rode, bought and paid $12k for it about 5 years ago. Was dropped off of the back-end of the truck delivering it to my house when the driver ran over my dog! Landed on the rear fender and slowly tipped onto the left side. Most chrome items on the fallen side are still intact. Small scratches on inspection cover, one billet mirror snapped off and a ding in the tank where that happened. Floor board has minor crease. Rear strut took the impact, so the rear fender is shot and the strut itself appears mildly bent, easy re-shape. EDELBROCK heads, MIKUNI Carb, DELKRON cases. Has been registered already in Ca. as SPCN in 2006. Ca. fees due to date=$683 for those thinking to register in California again. LOST-TITLE PAPERWORK is 100% complete except new buyer name/info. Asking $4k-buy-it-now if you require me to get the new title in Ca.($1000 non-refundable deposit first) taking $3k if you handle it yourself. Comes with all parts removed, such as dash-panel and blinkers, intact front fender, even the old rear if you want it. I barely began to disassemble her after 'the fall', but she went into storage right away since saving the dog cost $5k, and I moved from that house soon after. I am now planning to move again, and realize I simply will never have time to do what I wish I could do with this one. I've got to lighten my load before I go. Buyer is responsible for shipping, though I am available to help on this end as much as possible. CONTACT ME before bidding for more pictures and descriptions of anything you have questions about. For those that may notice, I did list this motorcycle once before, but I deleted the ad until getting the paperwork in order.
