Custom Built Harley Type Chopper for Build or Parts This is a Custom Chopper our shop started building and has never been finished. There are too many other projects going on. This Chopper was designed to be Fast, low, long, mean, and Great handling. All components are of top quality. The Chopper is completely mocked up. It has been hanging around so it is dirty. The frame was acid etched and painted with primer and an accent color for advertising. It needs completion, wiring, a few tabs, paint and some accessories. We have all MSO’s for the engine transmission, and frame. This would be a great project to finish or part out. The frame was designed and built in Canada by Empire Machine. It is a Custom Double barrel frame made to look like shot gun barrels. The down tube is a double barrel 8” extension. The back bone has a 5” extension. The center post has been removed. The seat high has been lowered 3”. It has a custom double barrel swing arm for a 300mm rear tire. The swing arm is mounted on the outside of the frame to give the bike smooth narrow lines. The center section of the frame has double down tubes with a custom oil bag and the center post has been removed. The neck has been raked 42 degrees. The Front end is an American Suspension 63mm inverted down tubes with 6 degrees of rake, built in caliper, internal brake lines, and built in fork stops. The engine is a TP Engineering 124 Cubic inch, show polished engine. It has decompression buttons, carburetor, ignition and air filter all from TP Engineering. The transmission is a Baker right side drive Chrome 6 speed. The Primary is a BDL Belt Drive. Chrome High Torque Starter. The wheels are Chrome P&M 18”X10.5 rear, and 21”X3.5 front with matching pulley. The Forward Controls are Chrome with rubber inserts. The tires are Avon 300/35R/18 rear and 120/70H/21 front. The Sheet metal is by Russ Wernimont Designs. The Gas tank is stretch and inlaid. The front fender is 21”X5.5”. The rear fender is a strutless 13” It has Tricky Air Ride Suspension. There are a number of miscellaneous parts that are included in this package. We have over $35,000 dollars invested. We are offering this entire package for only $27,000.
