Custom-built reverse trike for sale. Built from 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. Supercharged 3800 engine makes 240 HP @ 5200RPM, and 280 lb-ft of torque @ 3200RPM. It was weighed at the Recycling Center to be right around 2100 pounds (2300 -- my weight and tools (175 +)). Original Grand Prix weighed around 3400 pounds. If you do the math, the lighter trike has the equivalent power to the heavier Grand Prix with 420+ Horsepower! Tires can be roasted at will -- would be nicer with wider tires. It is by no means finished, but I have been driving it for the last couple months. Would be a cool cruiser for someone with a few, or even no modifications, or a nice winter project to finish it out the way you want -- and maybe drive it until it gets too cold. New parts include: water pump, aluminum coolant-bypass elbows, 3 new rotors, 3 sets of brake pads (Thermoquiet and Severe Duty), tie rod ends, 3 hub bearings, ball joints (not installed yet), battery, NiCop brake lines, fuel lines. Has the solenoid bypass modification, which prevents supercharged air from being dumped at certain times (for fuel economy, but in this who cares, right?) Classified as an Autocycle, which falls under motorcycle - has VIN number. Insured through Progressive @ $160 per year. Includes stereo, 4 speakers, amp, second headlights, heads-up-display, 10-foot piece of steel for additional bracing, matching fourth wheel and tire, plus more things I am surely forgetting.
