1968 BSA Lightning 650 A7 , 1968 BSA Lightning for sale. This is an excellent example of BSA's twin carb 650cc bike. It has less than 500 miles since a total restoration was performed. The engine was professionally rebuilt from top to bottom. It has new pistons, rings, rods, valves/guides, bearings. It has new Amal 930 carbs, new Dunlop Gold Seal tires and tubes on stainless steel rims and spokes with a quick disconnect rear wheel. It has a new electronic rectifier, new fork boots, and new rear shocks. The paint is new and is the original red color with lots of good chrome. Everything this bike needed to make it a beautiful, reliable machine, it got. It starts easy, shifts smooth, steers straight and true, and has that distinctive beautiful vertical twin sound. It's ready to ride or show...or just admire. It's a crowd pleaser that anyone in the market for a classic British bike would be proud to own. I have owned this bike about five years but I now have other projects that need my attention so I decided to let this one go. The price is $6,895 and that's a very good deal for someone. 1967 Triumph Tr6c , A genuine numbers matching 1967 TR6C bike. It has been totally restored from the ground up. Bike includes the original West Coast slash-cut high exhaust pipes. This is a beautiful bike professionally painted in it's original mist green and white colors. It has way too many new parts to list but a short list includes new seat, rubber, Amal 930 carb, forks, tach and speedo, all cables, chain, new low exhaust pipes and megaphone mufflers. As you may know the "C" models (C for competition) had fold-up foot pegs, high exhaust, and an energy transfer (ET) electrical system like the TT Specials. This bike has the late model 5 wire ET stator and new ET coils. Engine was professionally rebuilt and it's all new; valves, guides, pistons (10:1), rings, rods, bearings, etc. It runs extremely well and is very quick. Less than 250 miles since all work accomplished. Numbers matching C models are getting hard to find because most were used up on the tracks in the 60's and 70's. 1968 BSA Lightning 650 A7 , A 1968 BSA Lightning. It has been restored and is an excellent example of BSA's beautiful motorcycles. It has new paint, new tires, stainless steel rims and spokes, quick change rear hub, new Amal 930 carbs, and the engine has been professionally rebuilt including new, valves, guides, pistons, rings, rods, bearings, etc. It has a new cafe' racing seat from England (original seat and grab bar included). This bike runs like a top and is an easy starter. It sounds good, shifts smooth and turns heads wherever it goes. Less than 500 miles since work completed. It has a couple of very small dings on the left side of gas tank and a small ding on rear fender, otherwise it's near perfect. It's ready to ride, show, or complement any collection.
