With 101-HP, 30-inch mud tires and snorkels; take on any mud hole with confidence. Features may include: ROTAX 1000R V-TWIN ENGINE 101-HP The 976cc, 101-hp Rotax® 1000R V-Twin engine is at the heart of the Maverick performance. The optimized air flow from the intake to the dual exhaust makes it breathe easily for strong, consistent power. And the centralized position of the engine contributes to the nimbleness of the handling. CVT TRANSMISSION WITH AN AN EXTRA LOW L-GEAR AND A ZYLON-REINFORCED BELT SMOOTH POWER DELIVERY The Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system showcases a Zylon-reinforced belt, a material with 1.6 time higher tensile strength and increased belt rigidity in compression compared to a regular belt, keeping it cooler. The CVT of the Maverick X mr also features an improved L-gear with more torque to the wheels and a softer engagement to avoid getting stuck in mud. RELOCATED ENGINE AIR INTAKE & CVT INLETS/OUTLETS DESIGNED FOR MUDDING The engine's air intake, CVT inlets and CVT exhaust have been positioned as high as possible in the Maverick 1000 X mr to improve breathing while navigating wet and muddy conditions. The three-piece system is located high on the dash and behind the driver and passenger for added convenience. TRI-MODE DYNAMIC POWER STEERING PRECISION-ENGINEERED HANDLING The Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS) offers three levels of rider-adjustable steering assistance that can be adapted to match the terrain while also reducing kickback to the steering.The amount of assistance varies with the vehicle's speed to adjust the steering input effort to a comfortable level. 30 GORILLA AXLE SILVERBACK8 TIRES ON 14 WHEELS PERFORMANCE MUD TIRES AND WHEELS Designed by Gorilla Axle for mud riding and racing, these tires were developed to go in the deepest mud holes. That's why the Maverick 1000 X® mr boasts the 101-hp Rotax® 976 cc V-Twin engine. Because in a mud hole, best-in-class power separates you from the pack. This NEW package takes all the groundbreaking innovations of the Can-Am Maverick and optimizes them for the ultimate mud-riding experience. Standard Features May Include 101-hp Rotax® 1000R V-Twin Engine & Dual Exhaust The 976cc, 101-hp Rotax® 1000R V-Twin engine is Can-Am's most powerful side-by-side engine. This liquid-cooled, single-overhead-cam power plant features four valves per cylinder and is fed by a 54mm Bosch8 throttle body and two sophisticated VDO Siemens8 fuel injectors. Intelligent Throttle Control (iTC) This electronic throttle-by-wire system works in conjunction with the 54mm Bosch8 throttle body to produce smooth delivery, even if the driver's foot is bouncing due to rough terrain. The iTC system detects unwanted bounces and filters the input. Comes with a progressive and sport mode. High-Flow Dynamics When an engine breathes easier, it can produce more horsepower. So we optimized air intake, combustion, and exhaust flow. Larger intake plenum, high-flow heads, larger valves, increased compression ratio, and high-flow dual exhaust all contribute to this more powerful and efficient engine.
