Selling my 2003 Buell XB9R due to lack of use - I've put barely 100 miles on it since I bought it a year ago. The bike runs great and it always seems to turns heads on the rare occasions I've had it out. Changed the engine oil, primary oil and filter when I got, so only about 100 miles on it. Tires are Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa and have plenty of life left. Previous owner added crash stops, as well as drop pegs and riser clip-ons to make it more comfortable for a taller rider - I'm 6'2" and it fits me fine. 2009 Buell Firebolt XB12R, I have owned the Buell ever since it was new. It has fairly new tires on it with lots of life left. I have all of the maintenance paper work and all of the work has been done at Harley Dealerships. Most of the miles are highway miles. I used it to visit family and commute back and forth to work. It gets around 45mpg if you aren't pushing it really hard. Lots of fun to ride. The bike has been laid down once to avoid a deer. Low sided and slid a ways down the road. All cosmetic damage. Its been fixed 100%, again by a harley dealership. That was about 7000 miles ago and it run perfect since then. Its never had any mechanical issues. This is not a high revving engine like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc. crotch rockets. V-Twins last much, much longer and sound amazing. A rebuild won't be needed until the bike hits 80K-100K. The bike handles as a true sport bike but sounds really mean- deep and throaty like a Harley engine. It definitely turns heads everywhere I go, and I am always receiving compliments.
