1969 BSA Starfire 250cc Basket Case/Project Bike/Frame & Engine/Carb only, but other most parts available for additional cost. Engine that appears to be in good condition, MILEAGE UNKNOWN, Used Amal 928 Carb, Possibly other parts that I've been collecting for this bike may be either included or available for additional cost. Just wanted to get this listing up, more pics to follow. The wheels pictured are not the new wheels I built that are included. Pickup only unless other arrangements are made. 1969 BSA Victor Special Basket Case/Project Bike with the following: NOS (New Old Stock) UNNUMBERED frame (correct for 1969 Victor Special), NOS Front Fork, NOS Rear Fork/Swing Arm, NEWLY BUILT wheels using Akront non-shouldered rims (look like the original steel wheels but are nice polished alloy), Buchannan Stainless Steel Spokes, NOS Rear Hub, NOS Front hub and Brake Plate (7 Inch Twin Leading Shoe Brake hub), NEW Sealed Wheel Bearings, USED 1969 Victor Special Engine that appears to be in good condition, MILEAGE UNKNOWN, Used Amal 928 Carb, NOS Oil Tank, NEW shocks from the company that succeeded to Girling, NOS rear brake drum & sprocket, USED Rear Brake Cover Plate. NO GAS/PETROL TANK (may have a steel Starfire tank availble, which fits this frame and looks like the Victor Roadster/Shooting Star tank but is steel). NO SEAT/SADDLE (I may have a seat but not included till I find it). Possibly other parts that I've been collecting for this bike may be either included or available for additional cost. Very nice original BSA 441. Runs well. We have owned this bike sine 1989...always kept in dry inside storage. No title- bill of sale only. (We are in Maine and this state does not title bikes 15 years or older). Please check with your DMV to see if this would be a problem.

Moving and need to empty my garage, which is forcing me to sell my 1970 BSA B44 441 Victor Special. It is in need or repair/restoration. The bike has been on non-op for almost 20 years. It has not been started in 3 years. I am no longer physically able to start the bike, Engine has good compression. The chrome needs polishing, possibly replating, gas tank needs paint but does not have rust, forks need to be rebuilt, gauges need to be rebuilt (odometer read apx 8000 miles before breaking during transport). Bike comes with parts (tail light, rear mudguard, fork boots, repair manual). A brand new set of tires will be included for asking price. I am willing to deliver within 65miles of 92054 for free, and up to 250 miles for a fee

I believe this bike to be mostly original except for the rear shocks and some hardware. All the cables, front fork boots have been changed. The bike has new paint on tanks and covers and other parts see photos.Engine has been rebuilt all new bearings, seals valves and guides, piston and rings .020 over, new clutch plates, carb rebuild etc. This bike was in long term storage I semi restored it. NON-REFUNDABLE $500.00 PAYPAL DEPOSIT DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON PURCHASE!!! REMAINDER IN CASH ON PICK-UP!!! 1969 BSA 441 c.c. Victor Special cycle located in the Atlantic City, N.J. area. Barn find with 6,400 miles showing on the clock. N.J. CLEAR T. The cycle appears to be mostly all there. The most obvious missing items which I've noticed are; exhaust system, battery, coil and chain. Unknown if speedometer miles shown are correct. The engine kicks through smoothly and clicks through all four gears. The kicker engages reliably every time. No spark plug thread issues. Compression seems a bit low for a big thumper so it may need a top end job. Kick stand rides all the way forward and will need attention. Foot pegs also will need attention or at least tightening onto frame. Dent in left side cover and slight crease in left front area of aluminum fuel tank. The usual dried gasoline crust inside of tank. The center cycle JACK STAND noticed in the picture is NOT INCLUDED. IDEAL CYCLE TO SQUARE AWAY FOR A DAILY OR OFF-ROAD RIDER OR A FULL RESTORATION. You be the judge! Unlike many old Victors you find, this one actually has 'paper' to go with it! Please study the photos, ask your questions and consult your local BSA guru, as all sales are final; NO RETURNS OR DEPOSIT REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!
