1975 Daytona Orange BMW R90S motorcycle. The production date is April 1975. This motorcycle is matching and an excellent runner. A new owner needs no addition. This 1975 BMW R90s has been meticulously restored from the frame up to beautiful original condition. Engine has never been apart for any reason and the bike was once garaged for 10 years. More or less a show bike for me. This collector motorcycle has been in my extended family since 1978. I took ownership from my cousin in 2006. This motorcycle has been meticulously restored from the frame up and cared for as the photos indicate.

UPDATE: I have the original R90S fairing, unpainted, and it is included with this listing. Restored into a custom CafÃ© Racer this 1975 BMW R90/6 is in perfect condition. If you are into CafÃ© Racers, this bike gets compliments everywhere it goes. It's painted with official BMW Mother of Pearl White Metallic, and the frame was powder coated Metallic Candy Apple Red plus a layer of clear to protect it. Full disclosure: 1) The bike has the special R90S badges on it, but it's really a /6. I won't tell anyone. :o) 2) This was a "barn find" when I acquired it. It is a salvage title, but it has been completely torn down to the crank shaft and rebuilt. Wheels were re-laced with new spokes, fuel tank re-lined, electrical system completely replaced, custom Motogadget Tach/Speedo, rear hyperlights, LED turn signals, carbs/forks rebuilt, and the list goes on... 3) All the work was done by BMW mechanics certified in Airheads with decades of experience, and an occasional phone call to the engineers in Germany to get the latest info to ensure top performance. The custom pipes on it make it sound much better than your typical Beemer. Rebuilding this bike was a passion of mine which took more than two years, and far much more money was put into it than what I'm asking to sell it. It was even featured in an issue of the BMW Owners Magazine when it was finished. My awesome but growing family is forcing the sale... #priorities. Shoot me an email if you want to know more!

1975 Bmw R90S, r90s - This is a 1975 R90S. It has been recently repainted. The fairing is included, but was not repainted. The battery covers, as not installed are included and have also been recently repainted. The instrument cluster is not installed, but it included. The odometer quite working about 10,000 miles ago. A luggage rack is also included, but not installed. It has new tires, fresh oil, filter and tune up, and a new starter. The bike does not include owners manuals and only comes with one key.
