2013 BMW R1200RT 90TH ANNY

2013 marked the 90th anniversary of the BMW "boxer" opposed twin motor. To commemorate this; BMW released a limited number of special editions in the RT, R, and GSA models. Along with being fully loaded from the factory, these models wore a beautiful Sapphire Black Metallic paired with matte black/gold accents, graphite engine, drivetrain, and frame, and an exclusive brass emblem on the fork bridge. This 90th anniversary R1200RT was purchased here and owned by one of our own; so it's safe to say we know this bike well! In his time with the machine he added the stylish 28l top case, knee pads, side case scuff buffers, sidestand foot, cylinder guards, saddlebag reflectors, and a brake pedal extension. As noted before this was a fully loaded model which included ESA II, heated grips and seats, bluetooth, cruise control, ASC, and much more!

They don't arrive in nicer overall condition with a complete back story and total history as often we we'd like. While Bob's did not sell this bike when brand new, we did take it in trade some years back from the original owner, do a full servicing to it as is standard here at Bob's BMW in the Mid-Atlantic region and find the next great home and owner for it. Now it's back at Bob's having been traded in towards a brand new R1200RT and this one could be your dream RT. That transaction took place back in 2012 when the bike had barely 6,000 miles. Today after regular service and several enjoyable adventures (solo and two up) it has still what is considered low miles at just under 30,000 and like before we've just completed a full service completing the Inspection 2 plus what is classified as a 24/30K service. It arrived with nearly new tires that were installed while the oil and filter were changed at 28,811 miles in October of 2016 here at Bob's so they have just over 1,000 miles and are in perfect condition.

This might very well be the cleanest, all around nicest standard R1200C we've had since we offered them brand new.
