2008 BMW R 1200 RT, Beautiful 2008 BMW R1200RT with low miles! Has all the factory option boxes checked. To start with the factory options: electronically adjustable windshield, ABS, TPMS, ESA (electronically adjustable suspension), heated grips, heated rider and passenger seat, cruise control, radio AM/FM w/Aux input, power outlet front and back for heated gear or charging devices, onboard computer (outside temp, average MPG, distance till empty, tire pressure, oil level check, etc.), optional large top case, soft luggage inserts for saddle bags, BMW tank bag, BMW cover. Very large 7.1 gallon fuel tank for great touring range. The ESA can be adjusted for: single rider, single rider w/luggage, and rider/passenger. All 3 preload settings have adjustable compression/rebound adjustments of Comfort, Normal, and Sport which can be adjusted on the fly. This option is probably the nicest feature Ive ever had on a bike (other than the electronically adjustable windshield). When the wife comes along I can adjust the preload with a press of the button. When cruising down the freeway on Comfort and I turn off to a twisty section of road, just click it over to Sport and the suspension firms up on the fly. The differences between Comfort, Normal, and Sport are very noticeable! As for the goodies that have been added: foot peg lowering kit, handle bar risers, Ram Mount mounting point on top of dash, highway pegs, valve cover guards, tires are less than 2 years old and around 3k miles on them. They are the Michelin Pilot Road 3 so expect great mileage and wear. I have all the service records from the day the bike was purchased. I am the 2nd owner.
