2012 BMW R1200RT PREMIUM, I am always surprised but delighted when we get in what is one of the 2 best touring bikes on the market and after almost 3 years it has so few miles on the odometer. But we’ve also learned that life gets in the way of otherwise good intentions and plans for more saddle time. When this happens it becomes a great opportunity for the next person to grab a great bike that’s in near new condition in every respect. This is one of those times.First sold and delivered to its only owner in July of 2012 a fast acting, smart buyer can get this one before the factory warranty expires on July 13, 2015 which would bring some additional savings to the table if they were to take advantage of one of the benefits accorded through our ADVANTAGE CERTIFIED Program; be sure to speak with Mark Singer about this in our F&I department.This is what is called a Premium offering from BMW, it came with every option available in that year on this model. This includes the audio and communication package, the audio system with radio and remote controller, radio software, Bluetooth interface, a beautiful chrome exhaust pipe (stainless underneath), electronic suspension adjustment system or ESA, the touring package which adds some extra comfort items like heated seats and grips, electrically adjustable windscreen, on board computer for seeing, at a glance stuff like outside temperature, fuel in your tank, miles per gallon and more, electronic cruise control, a powered accessory socket which we’ve upgraded to a Powerlet system and TPM or a tire pressure monitoring system so you can check even this at fats glance – although you should still check with an actual tire pressure gauge regularly. Whew!
