Very nice 1150 gs, bmw locking bags, 2 windscreens and tank bag. Low mi for this model 39,000. The bike ewan mcgregor rode around the world in the movie "long war around". Excellent cone. Many say the best dual sport ever, very smooth and reliable. Ready for an adventure. I'm 73 and done or wouldn't sell. You can buy a new one for $20,000+ or get this for $4900.

This is my 4th BMW over the years. I love them, just time for a newer model. This awesome sport tour comes with heated grips, full gauge panel, AM/FM/WB/Cass Stereo, ABS, Power Windshield, and locking hard side cases. New tires. Bought and serviced at European Motorcycles of Pittsburgh.

I am reluctantly selling my BMW R1150RS, because of the damage in my wrist, causing me pain when riding. In need of a bike with a more upright riding position, adventure or touring bike. My bike currently has 51,126 miles, has 75% of life left on the Continental tires, ABS breaks, Heated grips, adjustable wind screen, New last year LiPo battery, and BMW keyed hard side and top cases. No joy rides cash in my hand test ride, and cash only. I am selling at the price the dealer offered me for trade in. I will not take less, I will just trade it in on a new bike.

So while the R 1100 RS remained far behind the R 1100 GS or R 1100 RT in terms of production volume it was the connoisseur's choice even after the introduction of its more sporting and dynamic "brother" the R 1100 S. Introducing the R 1100 RS BMW introduced the first model in the all-new Boxer generation with a two-cylinder four-valve engine and the BMW Telelever an innovative newly developed front-wheel guidance system. All this makes the new R 1150 RS even more dynamic and agile more comfortable and safer - simply the ideal sports tourer. In a production run of 8 years the sports tourer came off the production line more than 26 000 times. Like the R 1150 GS the R 1150 R and the R 1150 RT the R 1150 RS now also comes with a larger and more powerful engine complete with a fully controlled catalytic converter and six-speed transmission. This "senior" model in BMW's current motorcycle range is being replaced by the new R 1150 RS. Reflecting the increase in power and performance the brake system has also been upgraded with BMW's new EVO brake on the front wheel and as an option with BMW's new Integral ABS in this case the partly integrated version more appropriate for this sports-oriented machine. This bike has 65,000 original miles. New shock, throttle lock, new battery. Cam out of Arizona and was a bike. This is a workhorse, it was rode everyday in any weather. I don't use this bike enough and needs to go somewhere that it is used. All police lights sirens wiring is in boxes if anyone wants to use them.

BMW makes the ultimate touring motorcycles and this bike has all the features you want at a price that gets you on the road affordably. 1150 cc fuel-injected twin with shaft drive is smooth, quiet and powerful - 95 hp @7500 RPM. ABS brakes, power adjustable windshield, heated grips, Sargent seat. Includes BMW side cases and top case. Includes mount for Garmin GPS. BMW Telelever (front) and Paralever (rear) suspension means nimble handling through the corners while seemingly on a rail at speeds that may be far in excess of legal limits. Upright seating position keeps weight off the arms and you stay comfortable all day long. Cover the distance for as long as you want - 6.6 gallons of fuel will take you over 300 miles between fill-ups. Cosmetically the bike is not perfect but it runs great. Ride it "as is" for another 75,000+ miles or spend some time over the winter and make it look like new again.The 1150RT is the best of both worlds - sport and touring.
