1985 BMW R 80 , Recently mechanically restored R80.Original paint in very good condition. No dings on gas tank. I'm told that this is one of a limited edition of 200 imported with a Pichler full fairing, dual front disc brakes, hand pin striping in 2 colors, vintage cloisonn enamel Motosport BMW roundels, original hard bags. I have not personally verified that only 200 like this were made. I haven't seen another like it though. Mechanical improvements: all fluids replaced, new clutch, (March 2015), major seals replaced, including rear main seal, drive shaft splines lubed, Progressive wound fork springs installed, new fork seals, new Progressive rear adjustable monoshock. Steering head bearings replaced. Local BMW dealership has replaced most gaskets and seals, including pushrod seals New tires. Powder coated rocker covers. This motorcycle does not piddle any oil. 2013 BMW F 800 GT, Awesome sport touring crossover bike,very comfortable seat! Looks like a sport bike but without being cramped and uncomfortable.Awesome on long rides,I have took four 6 hour trips to myrtle beach and still ready to ride when I got there. Comes with lots of extra options,heated grips,ride modes,lockable cases that snap on at the turn of a key etc..including sport Mode so if yoh want to ride fast with the fellas you can haul !
