For sale is a 2007 BMW R1200R with ABS. Im the SOLE owner of this bike - it was originally the Bob's BMW loaner motorcycle until I purchased it w/ approximately 20000 miles on it, approximately 3 years ago. It currently has just shy of 35000 miles, as you'll see in the photo. It has not had a single mechanical failure since I owned it, and I have all the service records up until now. The ONLY reason for sale, is I am changing to a newer bike, and it is coming in this week! This makes a great second bike, and maybe even a beginner bike depending on your size. Very comfortable to tour with, if you so desire. This bike should go to a good home, and I'm offering it at a steal to move it quickly! Throw me an offer, but low-balls will NOT be considered. Emails WILL be responded to quickly in the evening. I CAN help you with delivery if you cannot pick it up. Long distance may add cost. Quick details: - 109 HP & 85 lb/ft torque - ~50+ MPG - ~435 lb dry weight (~450+ wet, not including luggage) - Shaft drive (NOT chain or belt - extremely low maintenance!) - Anti-Lock Brakes - Comes WITH lockable, water-proof hard-cases - typically costs ~$1000, not including the luggage rack! These can be removed in seconds from the bike, and taken wherever you'd like! - Electronic fuel injection - Comes with a center-stand installed, as seen in the pictures. Fantastic for areas where the kick-stand may not be supportive enough, or you want to do maintenance on bike (oil changes, tire/brake changes, etc). The Good: - Clear title - ready to sell TONIGHT! - NEVER dropped! - New Michelin Pilot Road 4 tires that have been scrubbed in. - New Front and Rear EBC brake pads - All recalls performed - Can obtain all service records up until now from Bob's BMW The Bad: - Just had this inspected by Bob's as a possible trade-in. The ONLY piece it's missing to pass an MD inspection is a rear brake rotor. Past that, the bike is in excellent shape! It is approximately ~$140 for the part. I can get this fixed for you, but it will cost extra. - Standard scuffs/scratches on side-case, from getting on and off the bike regularly. Only cosmetic, function perfectly still. *Note about the pictures: red warning lights on the gauge cluster are only on due to the bike not running. There are zero issues mechanically with this bike, save for what was mentioned*
