The Bike has a new BMW dealer installed gearbox: The Bike has zero miles since installation .Many people think that the original K1600 gearbox is somewhat clunky , the gearbox on this bike started to fail at the end of last season, and I had the entire gearbox replaced under warranty by BMW. The replacement gearbox is the latest more refined version as delivered on brand new K1600's Warranty: None -The Warranty has now expired (Just) , as previously stated the gearbox has just been replaced under warranty.
