Very nice 1150 gs, bmw locking bags, 2 windscreens and tank bag. Low mi for this model 39,000. The bike ewan mcgregor rode around the world in the movie "long war around". Excellent cone. Many say the best dual sport ever, very smooth and reliable. Ready for an adventure. I'm 73 and done or wouldn't sell. You can buy a new one for $20,000+ or get this for $4900.

For sale- 2001 BMW RT(P) w/ 95,6xx miles.This is an old CHiP bike that was sold to its second owner in Michigan who did all the conversion work for 2-up riding. I did the simple reset procedure and it's a bigger issue than that. Brakes still great- just no ABSThe UglyIt has its cosmetic flaws- that's for sure. Had scratches/dings before I got it, and I've added some via 2 parking lot tips and 1 garage tip over into the wall. Nothing at speed. I've tried to include pictures of everything and am happy to take and send more. Lower fairings, engine guards, and foot peg screws have wear from aggressive lean angles. Both mirror bodies have seen damage but mount fine- I added ziptie backup tethers after a teeth-rattling bump knocked one off. From a few feet back most of it disappears.Recently rode it over 600 miles and have zero doubts about its reliability or ability to make (s)miles. That said, selling as-is. Original windshield. Bakup Driver Backrest. Hyperlite brake lights. PIAA 1100x lights and mount (wired to RTP headlight switch). New(er) battery- stored on trickle charger. Garage stored. Big Mak tank bag with flip up mount for easy fill ups (I may want to keep this if I can retro-fit to my incoming 1200RT but I'm not too hopeful). Metzler tires are in good shape. Clutch was replaced around 85,xxx miles. Clymer Manual.
