Here is an excellent example of a Museum Quality BMW K1 motorcycle with the graphics in a "Ketchup-n-Mustard" color scheme. This bike is unmolested and has no flaws or blemishes cosmetically or mechanically. It was adult owned and was in a BMW Motorcycle collection. It was originally purchased by a medical physician in 1991 in the Seattle area, and when he passed away, I purchased it from the estate 8 years ago. It has been babied and meticulously cared for and is a 9.8 out of a 10. I am reducing my BMW Motorcycle Collection and would like to sell this fine example of a BMW K1 to another collector of fine motorcycles. This bike really belongs in a motorcycle museum. It has all the accessories that came with the K1 motorcycle and that includes the K1 cover, K1 tank bag, K1 soft luggage bags, and a BMW full leather suit (jacket and pants that zip together) with color to match the bike. When ever I set it on the center-stand, everyone thinks it is a few years old. The bike has always been garaged and babied. Service has been routine. I used this as my touring bike an within the last year it has received OEM Shocks, Full ABS Bleed, Stainless Steel Brake Lines, Brakes, GT Throttle cables (If you want BAR Risers, Its ready to go), BMW Battery, Air Filter, Injector O-Rings, and Grips. Tires have About 4K on them. You can ride to NY or Miami tomorrow, set the cruise and enjoy the 130 hp ride !! CONDITION: VERY VERY CLEAN,. Custom $600 Corbin Gel Seat. Original Body Work, Laminar Lip. ENGINE: Engine and Transmission were professionally replaced at 55K. An 04 with 20K on it was installed. Runs great. Starts right up and pulls all the way to the rev limiter. Clutch is in very good condition, TRANSMISSION:Came from the 04 Bike. Solid. 6-Speed. Spline lubed about 10k ago. Final drive is original and had a fluid change when spline was lubed. Look at the pictures. This is a GREAT bike, that you won't have to do anything but change the oil on... It is DIALED IN.
