Great commuter or touring bike, The ride feel on the G 650 GS is thrilling, too - wherever you're going. Whether on the road or over rough terrain . It has a custom made alloy bicycle rack (not availiable by itself), it can be bolt off if don't want it. Got this motorcycle in 2009 in Tigard,OR BMW and I have done all the maintanance myself, the last 2 years bike has been ridden very little, its been store inside a garage, brand new battery and bmw battery charge/tender included, engine and hand guards, heated grips clean motorcycle with clean tittle. F650GS Dakar/Touratech $3250 2005 F650GS Dakar with 24,400 miles built out with Touratech's Oryx Package. There were only a couple of these ever put together in the U.S. It's a rare beast. Basically, the subframe, gas tank, headlight, fenders and body panels are removed from a stock F650 and replaced with parts from Touratech that removes over 50 pounds of weight. Additionally, the suspension is upgraded. This bike has fully adjustable front forks from a Yamaha YZ450 with new fork seals and the rear has a fully adjustable shock with external reservoir from WP. This bike eats up rocks and uneven terrain very well. In place of the stock headlight is a dual beam unit with a projector lens for an even light pattern on low beam. The high beam is a multiple LED unit that throws way more light than allowed on highways. It is a great asset for night off road use or dark country roads. It is very bright. The stock muffler (very heavy!) is replaced by a free flowing Sebring muffler, that is surprisingly quiet. Small items include folding mirrors for off road use, anti-vibration handlebar mounts with a very strong Pro Taper handlebar. Shift and brake levers are replaced with malleable steel levers that bend instead of break. This bike has been on some off road campaigns and the body work is banged up here and there. All the body panels are fiberglass and there have been some cracks repaired, but not painted and one crack not repaired at this point. This is not a showroom bike. It has been ridden, but not mistreated. The bike has anti-lock brakes with override switch. There's low miles on a pair of Shinko SR244 tires. The SR244 is a 50/50 dual sport tread. Good all around compromise. The seat cover is a bit torn up and needs to be replaced. Not shown is a diy windshield for road use. Clean title current registration.

2001 BMW F 650 GS, custom white paint with leather wrapped grips, decal delete with a few fiddles in the front fairing area to make the bike at least look like it has a normal headlight. rock guard for front headlight. brembo disc brakes front and rear cleaned up rear fender area to keep it simple. have lots of spare parts for the bike. freshly serviced with new plug, fluids. all service records for the last 10 years for the bike. starts first push of the button. new battery. regularly serviced its whole life. get on this bike and ride. super light weight. low saddle height fresh metzler tires front and rear. never been off road, dropped or in mud. have title in hand. oh, and this bike gets 80mpg. and its a 650! will swap for lexus SC300 or later model GS300 car $3,200.00
