Very nice KTM 450 exc Rare bike that is great to convert to a supermoto and is already street legal. Title in hand. This bike was very well maintained and never raced just did a few trail riding events. Just put in a new battery (bike has electric start). Just had the carburetor cleaned professionally. Bike has a rekluse clutch, heavy duty hand guards, oversized tank (have the original as well), excel rims, T.M. Design works chain slide and guards. $4200 obo. Ryan Dungey is a bad dude, but when RD5 pulled up roots and headed over to KTM to join Roger DeCoster we wondered if he would be competitive on the current 450 SX-F. Turns out we will never know as he immediately went to work riding an all-new model. This is a race prepped supermoto completely ready for track use. The bike has had tuning done by Tokyo Mods and produces tons of power. It is an amazing ride and one of only a few factory 450 supermotos brought to the US. Contact me by email or text. I am only selling because I am moving and can't bring the bike with me. Lots of extras on this bike: Akrapovic dual carbon fiber exhaust system with custom carbon fiber air box, Hinson BTL slipper clutch, Full Beringer front brake setup, and Excel rims laced to Talon hub, suspension tuned by Race Tech. Extra Parts: I also have a ton of extra parts for this bike including a second engine case, cylinder, piston, the original Behr rear rim, 2 Dunlop slick rears (one new one used), one Michelin rain rear (used), an extra set of Cycra handguards, clutch plates, brake pads, spark plugs, a couple oil filters, some oil, and miscellaneous gaskets, o-rings, and bearings. Everything you need to keep this bike running for a long time. The Bike has a few small dents in the exhaust and has some scratches. However, everything is just cosmetic and the bike runs great. I have recently completed a valve adjustment, brake bleeding, changed brake pads, bled the clutch, and changed the oil and oil filter. New tires put on at the start of the season and only got a few trackdays out of them so plenty of tread left. This bike needs nothing and is ready to go.

The compact SOHC (single overhead camshaft) engine that delivers explosive but controllable power shares 95% of the parts with the bike of Ryan Dungey winning the AMA Supercross championship 2015. Features May Include: ENGINE With new features such as more compact dimensions, stronger performance throughout the rev range and a weight reduction of 4 lbs, this newly developed powerplant is the lightest 450 engine on the off-road market. With a reworked single overhead camshaft cylinder head and the latest electronic fuel injection, the 450 XC-F has unrivalled power of more than 62 hp and a highly efficient power delivery. ENGINE CASES AND COVERS The completely new design of the die-cast engine cases allows for a much more centralized shaft configuration, raising the crankshaft by 7 mm and 9 mm backwards to centralize mass and for a weight savings of 1.2 lbs. Newly designed engine covers made of magnesium feature an advanced surface structure in order to reduce the wear caused by the rider's boots. ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The completely reworked Keihin Engine Management System, with electronic fuel injection, features an all-new 44 mm throttle body, which provides instantaneous response and maximum performance thanks to a revolutionary injector position. The new ECU (Engine Control Unit) includes a launch control for more efficient starts with the provision of different maps according to the gear sensor selection. In addition, the rider can activate an optional map for a different power delivery via the map select switch on the handlebar. MONOSHOCK The new generation of monoshock made by WP Suspension has been developed for the new XC models in conjunction with the new frame and swingarm architecture, including the reworked linkage system and the new WP forks. The new body features a revised reservoir for a larger gas chamber to reduce performance fade. The linkage system has also been reworked with a revised geometry and longer pull rods. WEIGHT REDUCTION The main target for the KTM engineers when developing the new XC-F generation was a massive weight reduction in conjunction with improved handling.
