2004 Honda 599, AKA Hornet 600, AKA CB600FThe Italian Honda.The Japanese Ducati Monster.10,000 miles. No, the mileage is not a fake. Just random coincidence. If it bothers you, I can ride it a few more miles and post another odometer pic.No issues. I ride this bike to work once a week just to keep the gas flowing through it. It starts right up every time.I am the second owner. I bought it from the original owner in 2014 with 6500 miles on it. I haven't added a single scratch to it, though it does have some "beauty marks" to let you know it isn't brand new. The seat has a tear/scuff from getting kicked while it was off the bike. The front fender, rear cowl, and gas tank have rub marks and small nicks. More images available on requestIt is completely stock other than the mirrors, frame sliders, and OEM windscreen. All original bolts have been kept.I am selling because it is a second bike, bought for my wife, and she just never finds opportunities to ride it. She loves it, and hates to see it go, but wants to turn it into some dirtbikes or maybe a house upgrade.The bike needs nothing other than a new owner. The title is clear, in my name, and on hand. It is a great little bike, holds its own against more modern bikes (2014 Triumph Street Triple R to name one), handles like a scalpel, and looks amazing. I have the "big brother" Honda 919 as well, and this little bike doesn't give up anything to it's bigger sibling. My comparison of the two is that the 599 is the playful puppy and the 919 is long haul horse. The 599 is more fun to ride on a twisty road, but the 919 fits me better for my I-70/465 commute.If you come to ride it, bring your gear, your motorcycle endorsement, proof of insurance, and cash. Might be willing to trade for an 85 or 125 2-stroke and cash.
