I am the original owner of this bike and I've put 5700 miles on it thus far. It is my daily commuter so I will continue to put a few extra miles on it. It has an after market Coffman exhaust, shorty levers, and reflective rim tape. I have the original exhaust if you are interested. It is fantastic for commuting because I average about 71-79 mpg on it and have tracked every fuel up ever since I got the bike to back up this data. I routinely clean and lube the chain every 600 miles and I've had every routine maintenance check and service done at the appropriate intervals with the paperwork to back it up. Selling my 2015 Honda CB300F. It currently has 7,985 miles on it. The bike has been very well maintained with regular oil changes and frequent chain cleaning/lubrication. Always garage kept. Basically brand new bike with only 94 miles. 100% garage kept, never seen rain, and hooked up to battery tender all winter. Perfect condition. My wife got it last Fall, and just decided she doesn't want to keep riding. Sad face.

Mint condition Honda CB300F with only 473 miles. Kept in heated garage. Purchased new for my wife to learn on, but she lost interest. I've ridden it occasionally to keep the battery charged. Clear Oregon title and tags valid until 2019. It has had the crankshaft bearing and starter switch recall service and first oil change. Modifications are frame sliders, tank protector, and ProGrip gel grips. There is a scuff on the right mirror, which was not from a drop or accident. See pictures for a close view.
