Heads have 3-angle valve job – ported and polished and have been cc’d which means the compression ratio has been equaled in both heads by the amount of liquid they will hold in the combustion chamber. It is also referred to as balancing top end. It makes for a smooth-running engine with less vibration than a stock engine.
The exhaust is HD and it has been dialed-in. The core of the exhaust pipe includes fiberglass packing and baffles that can be removed or shortened. This was done on dyno after break-in of engine upgrade to dial in rear wheel horse power. It ranges between 89-95 HP depending on temperature, barometric pressure and elevation.
The bike has brand new tires with less than 200 miles on them and all fluids are fresh (brake, fork, primary, transmission, engine) and wheel bearings just repacked @ tire change.
