The price is very firm. Here is why. This scooter is in almost new condition. No scratches, rust, tears or any abuse. It has fresh oil, air filter, and the carb was just cleaned and adjusted. Brand new battery. It needs absolutely nothing. All turn signals, brake lights, head light, horn work perfectly. Title in hand. No excuses or surprises.
