2014 Honda® CBR® 1000RR SPOur Best Gets Even BetterKnown for being the best overall liter bike package, the CBR® 1000RR cements its stellar reputation with several improvements for 2014, including a new ride position, a new windscreen and engine and exhaust modifications for more power and torque. There’s also a new Pearl White finish on our standard and ABS models. For the track day enthusiast, there’s even more great news: a special CBR® 1000RR SP version with fully adjustable Öhlins front and rear suspension, Brembo front brakes and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SC premium tires. A special lightweight subframe and a new-design rear single-seat cowl also shave weight. Plus, it features hand-selected engine parts for weight and balance, including pistons and connecting rods to improve track performance. The future’s looking bright indeed—especially if you’re on a 2014 CBR® 1000RR. InnovationsLCD InstrumentsThe CBR® 1000RR’s full-screen LCD instrumentation includes a lap timer, trip and fuel-consumption computer, five-level customizable shift indicator, gear-position indicator and peak-rpm memory function.Honda® Electronic Steering Damper (HESD®)12-Spoke WheelsWith their consistent rigidity and balance, these sharp-looking 12-spoke cast-aluminum wheels work with the new fork and enhance suspension feedback to deliver real handling improvements.Big Piston Fork (BPF) Front SuspensionThe CBR® 1000RR’s front suspension uses a Big Piston Fork (BPF). The 43mm Showa fork is smoother, more responsive and gives you excellent front-end feedback.Layered FairingThere’s no mistaking the new 2014 CBR® 1000RR, thanks to its layered fairing bodywork. Lean, mean, more aggressive from front to back, it’s a real attention getter, even when it’s standing still.Centrally Located Fuel TankThe CBR® 1000RR’s 4.7-gallon fuel tank is positioned in the center of the chassis and low in the frame. This allows for a more compact design, but more importantly it helps centralize the bike’s mass. Increased mass centralization means the CBR® is more responsive to rider input, especially when leaning the bike into a turn or standing it up at the exit.Dual-Stage Fuel Injection*All prices are plus applicable Sales Tax, Title, Registration, Freight, Prep and Illinois Documentation Fee. 2016 Honda CBR 1000RR, 2016 Honda® CBR® 1000RR The Connoisseur s Superbike. All motorcycles are special. But there s something about a sportbike that distills the experience into something even more pure. So immediate. Such an intense connection between rider and bike. And the most intense of all is a Superbike, like the Honda CBR® 1000RR.The CBR® 1000RR is the purest of the pure, a bike with nothing to dilute the experience of the rider and the bike. The power is unlike anything else in our lineup the chassis and suspension are a tribute to Honda s decades of racing dominance. And there s plenty of technology, too, but it s the best kind: invisible, non-intrusive, there only when you need it.For 2016 we have a couple of versions for you. There s our CBR® 1000RR, available in Matte Metallic Black this year, with all the features you can ever want. And then there s our limited-edition CBR® 1000RR SP, the primo choice for track-day enthusiasts: Fully adjustable Öhlins front and rear suspension, Brembo front brakes and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SC premium tires, lightweight subframe with solo seat cowl, along with hand-selected engine parts for weight and balance, including pistons and connecting rods. For Superbike purists, the CBR® 1000RR is the best there s ever been, a bike like no other. Features May Include: Assisted Slipper ClutchSuperbikes can deliver a great deal of back-torque through the driveline, upsetting handling not the CBR® 1000RR. Its Honda-designed assisted slipper clutch is the same type used on our MotoGP bikes. The design does away with the need for heavy clutch springs, ensuring full power transmission with smooth shifting and a light clutch pull at the lever.Twin-Spar Aluminum ChassisA four-piece aluminum frame design balances strength, rigidity and lightness. Wrapped tightly around the engine, the structure helps centralize the CBR® 1000RR s mass for more responsive handling some of the best anywhere on two wheels.Centrally Located Fuel TankThe CBR® 1000RR s 4.7-gallon fuel tank is positioned in the center of the chassis and low in the frame. This allows for a more compact design but more importantly, it helps centralize the bike s mass. Increased mass centralization means the CBR® is more responsive to rider input, especially when leaning the bike into a turn or standing it up at the exit.Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD)Most steering dampers only sense handlebar-deflection speed. The Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) is way more sophisticated. It also detects vehicle speed, and adjusts damping proportionally. That helps maintain low-speed maneuverability while providing excellent, predictable high-speed handling.Dual-Stage Fuel InjectionThe CBR® 1000RR features two sets of injectors per

Selling my 07 CBR600RR. I am the second owner, bought with about 6k miles on it, and have kept up the maintenance ever since (never traked). Garage/basement kept, new Vortex chain and sprocket set (-1/+2) installed last year (less than 1,000 miles on them). K&N Air filter. New rear brakes installed last year, fronts the year before. Galfer steel braided front brake lines (changed the fluid at this time, 2 seasons ago), Jardine fender eliminator kit, changed over the plastics from the OEM red/black scheme to what is pictured last year as well. Couple other odds and ends here and there like aftermarket levers and whatnot. Used to be a daily, but I found myself riding less last year so I'm looking for something less aggressive. Installing new tires soon, Just installed brand new, maintenance free battery. Will get ridng ready and change fluids as soon as the weather warms up! Bike means a lot to me, so serious inquiries only. Asking $5,500 oboHave the title at home. Ready to go.Will also include rear pitbull race stand, soft storage cover and Jardine slip-on I bought used and never installed. I will add more pictures as I take them.Thank you for your interest.
