Custom 2015 SR400 Yamaha Cafe Racer Tracker. Has the vintage look without the vintage headaches. This thing is like brand new! Only around 2000 miles on it. Starts everytime, runs like a dream. Im upgrading to an 800cc for longer summer trips, need to let this go sadly. I did all the work, custom seat, new tail light, new bars/grips, custom tank emblem, etc. People love this thing when I drive it around, it 'turns heads' as they say. Im in Denver, near downtown. Could deliver locally, but not out of state. Selling my 2015 Yamaha SR400 "Retro" bike. This is actually a 1978 motorcycle. It has only had one update since 1978 and that was to fuel injection. Just like all bikes in 1978 it has chrome steel fenders, large chrome headlight, large chrome gauges and a passenger bar behind the saddle just like the old BSA 440 Victors. You'll feel like it transported you back to 1978 when you ride this bike. It really brings back memories. This is also a "kick-start-only" bike. Of course it has a compression release lever to help you get it started as single-cylinder bikes do kick hard without one. This only has 8600 adult ridden one-owner miles and is meticulously maintained. Never dropped, no scratches, looks just like the day it came out of the showroom. NEW $6499, Kelly Blue Book $4225. NADA book $4390
This bike is basically brand new. I bought it in October 2016 from a dealer, it is now March 2017 and I rode it twice. I bought a warranty and it still is covered under that. Currently has less than 40 miles on it. The post's image is for that purpose alone, I will update soon with current photos of the actual bike (3/26/17)
2015 Yamaha SR400 Brat Style/Cafe Racer. 1 owner. I bought it new and this is everything I did to it. Professional custom paint, Porsche GT Silver w/ painted stripe. Custom Tuffside brat seat and custom tail loop, professionally installed. RFY gas air shocks. Dunstall shorty muffler. Lower profile handlebars with 2 sets of bar end mirrors. LED signals, LED tail light, and headlight stone guard. Oil temp gauge. Air Induction System removal kit has been added for improved performance. Comes with detachable passenger backrest. Close to $1700.00 in customizing. I can produce spreadsheet of parts and labor. Other features include electronic fuel injection and kick start. Runs like a champ.Bike is spotless, not one blemish anywhere, showroom and bike show condition. I have all original parts that have been removed.
This is a great little bike. Yamaha took the original SR from the early 80s, and updated it. It's got Fuel Injection so it's super reliable and smooth. It has a kick start only ( no electric start ), but it's really easy to kick. Talk about nostalgia! Single cylinder, 4 stroke. engine was broken in according to the manual. oil changes done according to manual also. only issue is a little rust on the chain. I regularly clean and lube it, but forgot it in the rain one time. A dealer looked at it and said it's not really an issue. It consistently gets 50mpg, only need to put 87 in, so it's really cheap to operate. I've got a couple quarts of oil and an oil filter I'll throw in. ( doesn't come with RAM phone mount ) Never dropped it. Cash only, clean title. If you want to test ride it, bring cash and your motorcycle license.

Hello, my name is Monty Sovann. I am looking to sell this financed Yamaha SR400 Black. That is correct... It is on financed at the moment. Currently is has 557 miles on it. The payment is $265 a month for 3 years. This also include warranty. Futhermore, I recently got it serviced, so it is fully functional. From the wheel to the seat, not a scratch. Finally, this is going to be a complicated process to sell the bike to whom it may concern. Here how we do it:1:Details- Contact me, we exchange information(i.e. phone number, address, prices. etc) Most importantly we exchange trust!2:Meet in person- I ride the bike to your location, or you can come to my location.3:Negotiate- I give the financed title and the bike to you. You simply pay it off. The bank don't really care who's paying the bike. They are happy as long as they get their money. I also have extra motorcycle gear you can take along with the bike!4: Keep in touch- I contact you everytime a payment comes up. It is important that I have your trust!
I have a 2015 Yamaha SR400 for sale. The bike only has ~1950 miles on the clock. It will go up as I am riding it daily. There are some cosmetic blemishes (scuffs on the mirror, turn signal, and tank). But otherwise it looks brand new. I get roughly 65 mpg. The original owner's tool kit is still there. Everything is stock except for the clutch lever; I replaced the original with a grippier one. I have the title in hand, and it is road legal and ready to go anytime. KBB rates this bike at $4000, and some dealer in the area is trying to sell one for $4200. Personally I think that's a tad too high. So here's an offer of $3600 with no dealer fee(s). I get questions like "how old is that bike" all the time. It looks just like the original model from the late 70s. Yamaha used the tried and true design on this bike, with the exception of the electronic fuel injection (EFI). The kick start is awesome. With the EFI, starting it is really easy and reliable. No chokes and fiddling with throttle are required. It definitely adds a hint of style to it.
Still breaking in this new 2015 Yamaha SR400 single cylinder thumper. Just did first valve adjustment and changed the oil at 600 miles. Runs...well, like a new bike! It's been fun but I'm down-sizing my toy collection. No other reason. Bike is in showroom condition with not as much as a mark.
