1999 Yamaha Road Star SILVERADO, Original Owner -- Road Star Silverado - 1600cc -- 3000 miles! I bought this bike new in 1999 and intended to ride it a lot with all my buddies. I did get to go on one 800 mile ride just after 9-11 .. The Trail Of Tears .. it was awesome! Sometime after that my wife was in a car wreck and she was never comfortable riding for more than about 30 minutes at a time after that. So, I just did a lot of short rides with her ... or none at all! I did ride it last week and everything works like new. This bike has always been garage kept and has a factory cover. It only has 2,989 miles on it! Crazy, I know . . . just do not have the time to use it. It is in perfect condition and has always been serviced at the local dealer. It also has a new battery. The bike has never been altered . . . no new pipes or carb or jet stuff ... just added the larger more comfortable rear passenger foot rests and a bit taller padded backrest.
